1. An Update on Thailand Flood Situation

Below is a copy of a Facebook message from P’Jet, one of the Thailand CCC staff members. Please read and continue to pray for Thailand — start praying for them if you haven’t already done so!

    Sis and Bro,

Thanks for praying with and for us Thais! The worst flood in Thailand is still~~ Bangkok is still under water. God has been moving mightily for His name sake!

As my team and I (more than 10 people) were in KhonKaen(KK), northeast since two weeks ago and helped campus ministry. Now I’m in Sarakam (different province same area) to help Catalytic ministry for a week. The weather here is very hot and humid. Am staying safe with staff here.

Now I haven’t known when I can go back to BKK. TCCC office is in Dindeang and some staff are still working for ‘flood victim’. They cook, visit, pray and share ‘HOPE’ for villagers. Now they’re very tired and weary. Keep praying for them. (When going out, they wear ‘iServe’ t-shirt and many people love that style, logo, and theme).

Next week there will be a meeting for ‘Crisis Management Leaders’. They will consider ‘adjusting ministry’ if flood situation prolonged! Am now in charge of praying and nursing.

Actually I want to go back to BKK and help ‘flood victim’ but my leader prefers me being outside and backup via prayers first. I think my team will be here in northeast for two more weeks at least.

Situation in BKK is worse! And there is corruption inside. As updating, water will be in city one month at least and some areas 2-3 months. It effects schooling, working, hospital, economics and all systems.

Feel free to share this with church members and ask them praying for us continually. God is doing greatly~

    God bless you richly,
    Jet
